I chose those questions for my UOI interview with Mrs. Raisdana, my ESL teacher.


I chose number 1 question, because I also think about this question before already when I was doing my project.
I chose number 2 question, because I really really wanted to change some part of my project before.
I chose number 3 question, because this question was easier than the another one.

That why I chose those questions.!!...


First, I will think about those questions.
Second, I will think about answers.
And last,, I will try to answers those 3 questions.


I will talk clearly and nicely while I doing interview. If I need to talk clearly and nicely, I think I need to memorize it, because it's is interview.

Level 3: Application

I made a video about:
1) How to write a song
2) The cords that you'll need to play your song and how you came up with the tune
3) Yourself learning to play the song.
4) An explanation to others about HOW to play that song.



In Application stage, I make a video, about my topic, Classical music.
In this video, I show how I practiced my song. What cords I use, my final song, story about my song.
This, my project was really hard to do it, because I needed to make my own song, and I needed to write that my own song.
When I write the song, I made many mistakes to write, I put the notes wrong spaces, and I draw the notes wrong ways.

First try to listen many classical music what I want.

Unit of Inquiry, week 1: Knowledge




In ESL class, We chose any topic what we want to lean, and my ESL teacher, Mrs. Risdana help us.
My topic is about 'classical music', and my essential question is 'How can I write a classical music song for the piano?'. I have to do some list from Mts. Risdana,
1. Make a chart of piano cords.
2. Describe where you put your fingers for which cords. (Pictures would be good)
3. List some characyeristics of classical music.
4. Describe which cords you will use/ learn and
why (also describe which ones you won't and
why)

Those are the things what I did on the knowledge part this week.

You gays are know about piano right? Put 10 fingers to the keyboard and play.



This is piano cords, there have many cords to playing piano.

And this is where fingers need to put on keyboard.

I will use only three cords. 'C', 'E', and 'D' cords, because that cords sound are very good and I didn't play piano much with 'C' 'E' and 'D' cords.

This is the last term in school, grade 7. In my ESL class, with Mrs.  Raisdana. We chose what we want to learn. My classmates are also chose something what they want. My topic is about 'Classical music' and my essential question is 'How can I write a classical music song for the piano?'.  Actually I can make, very strange classical song;;. I will gonna use new and little bit hard piano chords for my song.

Welcome To Eun Ah's Unit Of Inquiry

During this unit of inquiry, my topic is about 'classical music with piano' and my essential question is {How can I write a classical music song for the piano?}. It is important to me, because if I listen classical music, I can relax my mind and it's interest to me. That's why it's important to me.


The Area of interaction that this topic hits is Human ingenuity, because, we community and help each other?!.


I am likely to choose activities that are about listening, because I am an auditory learner (auditory learner is who likes to learn that are about listening. {For example, learn with some rhythm. Like a music. And auditory learners are don't like to read some books like visual learner}).

To start the Knowledge part of this project, I will find some information about how to make simple classical music and download some classical music by piano, then I will make a piano cord chart, and I will need to learn more about the music instrument what I will use.


This activities will help me, because, I can learn and improve more about creating music.

My Daily Schedule, One Week

1.) Looking at my schedule, how much free time do I have for this project?
- I think I have little free time on Monday until Friday, because those days are not weekend and if I have many HW form school or my lesson, I sleep very late. And on Saturday and Sunday I have lots of free times, because I have many times so I can play many times

2.) How will this information affect the topic that I choose?
- I will affect the time table, because some of the things I do have to do with the topic that I chose.

3.) Will it be difficult for me to manage myself and my time? What are some things that I can do to help myself manage time better?
- I think it will be little bit difficult, only some of them can be not very difficult, because when I study, it need to do myself if I have difficult things and if I don't understand I stuck it.

first I chose the movie from YouTube, I chose the song MV, their Korean singer group, the group name is 'TenTop'.
However, I import that movie to iMovie, and cut some of parts (it's need to 30 seconds), made no sound and I connect that I cut movie parts.
I chose about 7 adjective about that group. Cool, Clever, Shiny, Beautiful, Fantastic, Nice and Handsome.
Then I chose the sound from iLife Sound Effects menu and include in my movie as background music.
After that, I shared the movie by sending it to iTunes (MP4).

Freak the mighty

English class, now we started reading book. The title of book is Freak and Mighty. Before we start read, we talked about meaning community and freak. Some students found meaning for used dictionary or guessed the meaning.

Community is a group of people with the same opinion or ideas, goals,, etc.. And freak is the people who look very strange, unusual and monster.

For me, community is better, because if we are community with people, we can make friends, and play with. But if choose to be freak, we will be alone, work alone, play alone,, everything will doing alone everyday.

what I learned today, (2)

- What are complex sentences? Give a GOOD explanation and give an example (talk about independent and dependent clauses)
- What are run-on sentences? How can we fix them? Give an example
Today in ESL class, I learned about complete sentence, complex sentence, and run-on sentence.
Compound sentence is two complete, simple sentences put together in one sentence.
For examples,
+ My sister like my cats, but my mom doesn't like my cats.
In this sentence, my sister and my mom are subject. like my cat and doesn't like my cats are predicate.
+ His best friend, Jone, was at in hospital, so Jam went to school alone.
In this sentence, His best friend, Jone and Jam are subject. Was at in hospital and went to school alone are predicate.
Complex sentence is a sentence that has an independent clause and a dependent clause joined together.
An independent clause is the part of a complex sentence that can stand alone as a complete sentence. And a dependent clause is the part of a complex sentence that cannot stand alone as a complete sentence. It depends on the independent clause to make sense.

What I Learned Today...

Today in ESL class, I learned about complete sentence. In the complete sentence it need must have subject, predicate and a complete thought. 


Predicate is what the subject dose, has, is or is like. 
For examples,
+ Jessica like pizza. In this sentence, Jessica is subject, and likes pizza is predicate.
+ He has a IPOD. In this sentence He is subject, and has a IPOD is predicate.
Predicate is not only talk about has, is or is like and dose, it is the all sentence after has, is or is like and dose.


Fragment?!
+ I hamburger. - the predicate is missing. = I like hamburger.
+ Play piano - the subject is missing. = I play piano.


If you want to make questions, the subject is will be in middle of predicate. Predicate - Subject - Predicate.
for examples.
1. Have you seen my Homework?
= so, have is predicate, you is subject, and seen my Homework is predicate.
for sentence, = You have seen my Homework.


2. Dose Jessica finish her homework?
= Dose is predicate, jessica is subject, and finish homework is predicate.
for sentence - Jessica dose finish her homework.

What I think about?!!


For me poetry is fun, because if I make poetry I feel like I become kid. It was fun when I being outside the other day at all, because I already know about the things, but I thought little change like kid, It was little bit new about for me. When teacher said Walls yesterday it was very boring. some of them I didn’t listen it and I not understand it. I agree that people are scared to open up, because I also scare to open up my mind. I think we need to more study English or Chinese.,,,, and make many friends. *^^*
It was interesting to learn about poetry, because it fun to find out something new. It was little bit hard to me about sharing with my friends and doing project with.

When I was in Korea I when to ski. I was very scar it, because it was first time to play ski and it was high for me. I don't know what should I need to do and play it. I tried it but my mine was noting inside.
